In the Armando Palacio Valdés square you will find the town hall, a modernist style building which was constructed at the end of the XIX century, inaugurated at the beginning of the 20th century, specifically in 1905. It represents a great symmetry, fact which confers it an elegant aspect. Its ground floor facade is formed by an arcade with five arcs.

THE ASUNCIÓN CHURCH

Our church, situated in the heart of Pola de Laviana. Of neogothic style we must highlight its bell tower. In its interior a main nave with two wings on two pointed arcs, it possesses a very austere decoration highlighting the policrhome stained glass windows and paintings which surround the sculpting of the Virgin Asunción.
